1. How many tickets have been sold?

Information on the number of raffle tickets sold is held confidential to the raffle committee. The number of tickets sold will be announced after the close of the event.

2. Is this raffle legitimate?

Yes. Our raffle is registered with the Department of Justice of the State of California. Our raffle registration number is RF0000289. The official registration and financial information regarding the Newhall Rotary Foundation can be obtained from the California Attorney General's Web site at www.ag.ca.gov/charities. Registration does not imply endorsement. The drawing will be overseen and audited by an independent CPA firm to certify that it is proper, honest and fair.

3. Is it safe to provide my credit card information over the internet?

Yes. Our transaction system uses state of the art 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure that all your personal details and credit card information are not intercepted by unauthorized parties. This same technology is used by all major banks for their online banking services.

4. Where are the houses I can choose from? Can I choose a house in my state?

House of Your Choice lets the winner choose ANY house they like within the continental 48 states. You are not limited to any specific houses in any specific area.. it is the house of your choice!

5. What if I live in Alaska or Hawaii?

Don't worry! If you win the raffle, you may still choose any house as long as it's in the continental 48 states. If this doesn't work for you, you may alternatively choose the cash prize or the 20 year annuity as your prize.

6. Can I buy more than one ticket?

Yes, absolutely! This increases your chances of winning.

7. Can I purchase raffle tickets as gifts for other people?

Yes. To do so, purchase as many raffle tickets as you would like. Next, use the 'Contact Us' page on our site and let us know what your confirmation/raffle ticket number is, along with the contact information (name, address, phone, email address) of the person(s) you would like assigned to the tickets. We will then confirm all of the details with you to make sure we've got everything right.

8. What are the odds of winning? How many tickets will be sold?

A maximum of 40,000 raffle tickets will be sold. So the worst possible odds you can have are 1 in 40,000. That's still better than any state lottery!

9. How do I know when you run out of raffle tickets?

When all 40,000 tickets are sold, a notice will be posted on our website and further raffle ticket purchases will not be allowed. Hurry and get your tickets while they last!

10. Is there a way to contact you through the telephone?

Due to heavy demand, the best method of contacting us is through the 'Contact Us' page on our website. Be assured that we take our customer service seriously and will personally respond to every inquiry received as soon as possible.
